Selection Guidelines
Dear Participants,
In order to ensure fairness and transparency throughout the process, we kindly request your adherence to the following guidelines:
* By applying, we commit to following all rules set forth by the organizers, which may be subject to change.
* The organizers cannot be held responsible for any delays or non-receipt of applications under any circumstances.
* Images should be submitted in JPEG, PNG, or PDF formats, while videos should be in commonly used formats like MP4 or MOV.
* A non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 199/ must be paid during the submission process. This fee covers administrative expenses and ensures commitment from participants.
* Only chosen participants will advance to the subsequent round. Those selected will receive further instructions via email.
* Selection will be conducted by industry experts.
* By submitting an entry, applicants unconditionally grant ‘Seeya Fashion Week’ and its parent company, ‘The Seeya Sttory’, rights to use their submitted materials (images and videos) for promotional purposes for a duration of 12 months from Aug 2024.
* Finalists are responsible for arranging and covering their own travel and accommodation expenses for the grand finale of ‘ Seeya Fashion Week’.
* Participants in ‘Seeya Fashion Week’ 2024 agree to indemnify and hold harmless the event organizers and any other involved parties against claims related to plagiarism or false information.
* The organizers bear no responsibility for any loss or physical injury incurred by participants during the event. Participation is at one’s own risk.
* All information provided by participants will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party for any purpose.
* If selected, all decisions regarding production, promotions, photographs, advertising, and appearances are solely at the discretion of ‘Seeya Fashion Week’.
* Any misconduct or misrepresentation, whether oral, written, or by actions, will result in disqualification. Incorrect information provided will also lead to disqualification.
* By participating, we grant permission to ‘Seeya Fashion Week’ and its parent company ‘The Seeya Sttory’ to use my name, likeness, and title for promotional purposes. All images become the property of ‘Seeya Fashion Week’.
* The organizers are not liable for any event non-completion or non-occurrence. In case of disputes, the organizers’ decisions are final and binding.

Makeup Artist Audition Segment:
Portfolio Showcase:
Upload a portfolio showcasing your diverse makeup skills. Include three images of various makeup looks you’ve created, such as natural, editorial, bridal, or any specialty you excel in.
Upload a video of time limit less than 15 sec depicting your makeup artistry skills.
Also upload the photos and video on your Instagram tagging @theseeyasttory and #sfwmakeupartistryaudition.
Only first three uploaded photographs will be accepted as a part of audition.
Client Testimonials:
If available, provide testimonials (minimum 3) from previous clients or collaborations.
These elements will serve as your audition, allowing our team to assess your makeup artistry skills and suitability for upcoming opportunities.
